Knaken Cryptohandel B.V. has ceased its business activities, as the MiCAR licence required for this was not granted.
The customer portal and the app are currently unavailable. Logging in is therefore not possible at this time.
We are currently working hard to finalise the plan for the settlement. Our priority is to give customers clarity as soon as possible.
We will provide as many updates as possible on the progress via this website.

Why can't I log in?
The customer portal and the app are currently unavailable. Logging in is therefore not possible at this time.
Can I withdraw my crypto or euro balance?
Withdrawals are not possible at this time. Knaken is working on a controlled settlement of customer positions.
When will I receive more information?
Knaken is bundling the incoming questions and expects to publish an update on the website in mid-June.
Can support confirm my individual balance or payout?
No. Support cannot currently confirm any individual balances, amounts, percentages or payouts. This information will only be shared once the settlement method and calculation have been determined and verified.
I emailed about my balance or a claim on my funds. What happens with that?
We are currently receiving a large number of emails with questions about individual balances and claims on funds. Unfortunately, we cannot act on these requests at this time: individual information will only be shared once the settlement method has been determined. You do not need to submit a claim now; every customer will be informed individually in due course.
Will customers be informed individually?
Yes. As soon as more is known, every customer will receive an individual email with information about the further settlement.
Do I need to do anything now?
At this time you do not need to do anything, other than keeping an eye on the updates on the website and making sure you can be reached at the email address known to Knaken.
